The 3,200 square-foot silver travertine terrace in a Versailles pattern sets the stage for the impressive backyard outdoor features. These include a 2,500 square-foot L-shaped pool, a detached and raised stone spa, and a 2,000 square-foot pool house with custom wood cabinetry, floating shelves and storage, a full bath, and changing room.
Dueling Tourette-style structures hide pool equipment and accessories. In the front courtyard, granite cobblestone can be seen installed in a 45-degree pattern, and lead walks in flagstone and travertine guide you around the property. Our signature stacked stone walls, stone columns, and gas copper fire bowls accent the gardens.
Vibrant hydrangeas and manicured boxwoods, among other large-specimen plantings, can be found throughout the grounds. Finally, our exterior lighting illuminates horticulture and hardscape alike for striking nighttime views.
