It was important that this design was integrated within an existing, mature wooded area, and our clients couldn’t be happier with the balance achieved between preservation and transformation.
The 22-foot by 45-foot swimming pool has a unique attached spa, as well as a cascading water feature from the upper to lower levels. The 18-foot by 24-foot automated metal pergola is fully equipped with infrared heaters, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting to ensure use year-round.
The upper terrace consists of 1,200 square feet of silver travertine, and the lower 1,400 square feet of flagstone. The lower terrace has all you need for hosting: a gas firepit, stone barbecue with granite countertop and refrigeration, and a seating area. And for those with a green thumb, a raised cedar vegetable garden. All planting and landscape lighting designed, procured, and installed by our expert team.
